General Handling Instructions:
RNA oligonucleotides are vulnerable to exogenous ribonucleases that may be introduced during handling. Therefore, as a precaution, the siRNAs should not be operated with bare hands. Always use RNase-free reagents, barrier pipette tips, and Eppendorf tubes to conduct the experiments. Once you receive the siRNA oligos, please store them in the freezer at -20℃. For long term storage, we advise to put the siRNA oligos in -70℃ environment, where they remain usable for about a year.
Resuspension Instructions:
Before resuspending, please shortly centrifuge the tube to make sure that the dried siRNA is at the bottom. Resuspend the siRNA to get a convenient concentration. For example, resuspend 2.5nmol of siRNA in 125ul of the DEPC water to obtain a final concentration of 20uM.

Once reconstituted in DEPC water, the siRNA is ready for transfection and could be diluted into different final concentrations (e.g., 1-100 nM). Store the resuspended siRNA at or below -20℃, preferably in a frost-free freezer. For long term storage, please store siRNAs at -70℃.
