Storage and Stability
|
Although oligonucleotides are stable in solution at 4°C for up to 2 weeks, GenePharma recommends storing siRNA solutions at -20°C, and repetitive freezing and thaw should be avoided by aliquots. The recommended storage concentration is above 20 μM. GenePharma guarantees the oligonucleotide stability for 6 months under above conditions. Fluorescently labeled products must be kept in the dark.

Custom SiRNA Oligos
GenePharma custom siRNA oligos are purified by HPLC, removing 100% of unpaired single chains. GenePharma can design up to four various siRNA pairs for each target gene. Depending on the type of experiment, customers can use one pair alone or a mixture of multiple pairs. Very often the inhibition efficiency will be enhanced and off-target side effects will be diluted by pooling siRNAs.

Pre-designed siRNA Oligo Sets
GenePharma offers to design a complete siRNA package for customers who want maximal inhibition efficiency. All you need to do is to provide us with the gene's name and accession number. We will design 3 siRNA sequences aimed at your gene of interest. We guarantee at least one construct that has at least up to 50% transfection efficiency, and at least 70% inhibition efficiency (qPCR). If not, we will synthesize 3 new siRNA sequences for free.
