The most important challenge in RNA technology is the stability of the chemically synthesized siRNAs. The primary goal of GenePharma's chemical synthesis technologies is to create chemically modified RNA products that are highly stable and efficiently transfected with our special RNAi-mate transfection reagent so that you can achieve the best result for your particular experiment, especially in mammalian and human cell lines. Our chemically modified RNA oligomers are characterized by:
- Highly efficient transfection
- Highly efficient target gene knockdown
- High specificity for the target gene(s)
- High stability in serum and medium
- Minimized off-target gene knockdown or other side effects
