USER INSTRUCTION
General Handling Instructions:
RNA oligonucleotides are vulnerable to exogenous ribonucleases that may introduced during handling. As a precaution, the siRNAs should not be operated with bare hand. Please use RNase-free reagents, barrier pipette tips, and tubes to conduct the experiment. Once you receive the siRNAs, please store the siRNA oligos in a freezer at -20℃. For long term storage, please put them in the -70℃ circumstances, where the oligos could be stored safely for about a year.
Resuspension Instructions:
Annealed siRNAs
Before resuspend, please shortly centrifuge the tube to ensure that the dried siRNA is at the bottom of the tube. Please resuspend siRNA with a convenient concentration. For example, resuspend 2.5nmol of siRNA in 125ul of the DEPC water get the final concentration of 20uM.

Once reconstituted in DEPC water, the siRNA is ready to transfect and could be diluted into different final concentrations (e.g., 1-100 nM)
Store the resuspended siRNA at or below -20℃, and better to store in a frost-free freezer. For long term storage, please store siRNAs at -70℃.
